PeakNora does not sell products directly
PeakNora is an editorial and affiliate site. We research and recommend sports gear, then link you to official merchant stores where you can purchase. We do not operate a storefront, hold inventory, process payments, or fulfill orders.
This means all return, refund, exchange, and warranty requests must go directly to the merchant you purchased from — not to PeakNora.
How to return a product
- Locate your order confirmation email from the merchant (Nike, Adidas, Fanatics, Under Armour, ASOS, Amazon, etc.).
- Follow the returns link in that email, or go directly to the merchant's website and navigate to your order history.
- If you purchased via Amazon, returns are handled through amazon.com/returns.
Merchant return policies
Each merchant has its own return window and conditions. Common policies at the time of writing (always check the merchant's current policy):
- Nike — 60-day returns for unworn items.
- Adidas — 30-day returns, free shipping on returns.
- Fanatics — 365-day returns on unworn merchandise.
- Under Armour — 60-day returns.
- Amazon — Typically 30 days; varies by seller and category.
- ASOS — 28-day return window.
PeakNora is not responsible for changes to merchant return policies. Always check the merchant's current policy before purchasing.
Defective or incorrect items
If you received a defective product or the wrong item, contact the merchant's customer service directly. They are responsible for resolving fulfilment errors.
Affiliate link issues
If a link on PeakNora takes you to the wrong product page, or if you believe a price shown is inaccurate, please let us know at support@peaknora.com. We update affiliate links regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of merchant inventory or pricing.
