PeakNora (https://peaknora.com) is an editorial affiliate site. We do not sell or fulfil products ourselves — every Buy Now button redirects you to a third-party merchant, and your purchase is governed by that merchant's terms.

Pricing & availability

We pull product feeds from affiliate networks. Prices, stock, sizes, and shipping options can change between the time a feed is fetched and the time you click. The merchant's site is always the source of truth.

Editorial independence

Earning a commission does not change our recommendations. We only feature products we'd buy ourselves. If a relationship influences a recommendation, we say so in the post.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share your account, don't scrape the site programmatically, don't try to break the rate limits, and don't impersonate anyone.

Trademarks

Brand names (Nike, Adidas, Fanatics, Under Armour, ASOS, Lululemon, Nordstrom, etc.) belong to their respective owners. We use them under fair use to identify the products we link to.

Limitation of liability

PeakNora is provided "as is". We're not liable for issues with merchant orders, shipping, defects, or warranty claims — those go to the merchant. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll bump the "Last updated" date above. Material changes get a banner on the homepage for two weeks.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PeakNora is operated. Disputes are resolved there.
